Contacting a counsellor can be scary, yet perhaps you're feeling stuck, confused or alone in what you're experiencing. Or maybe talking openly to friends or family doesn't feel helpful or possible.

I am a telephone and online counsellor and work comfortably over Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp.
I offer a 60-minute online or phone consultation so we can explore counselling and establish if we could work well together. My appointment times are 9.00 am to 7.30 pm, Monday to Thursday.
